What if I can't find the particular seat I'm looking for?

Simply email us at [email protected].  Please make, model number of bike, size, and any other descriptive information about the seat you are looking for.  We will respond within 24 hrs, and we will do our best to get that seat for you.  We are continually expanding our product lines, so be on the lookout for new items and specials.

How long will it take for my seat to arrive?

Delivery times will vary.  You can be sure your order will process as soon as it's placed, and delivery will normally be within 1 to 2 weeks, unless the seat is is on backorder.

Do you accept orders and payments by phone?

Yes.  We will be happy to take your order by phone if you are not able to use the website.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy for Seats:

You need to ride 100 miles or more on the new seat to adjust to the new feel and riding position to really know how great it is!

Many of our seats are for long distance comfort, so be sure you try a long ride first.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days after receiving the seat to contact us for a return authorization.

Just keep the original box and be sure to keep the seat in perfect condition, no scratches, scuffs or tears.

Call us within 7 days receipt and discuss the nature of the problem with a customer service representative. We will send you a return shipping label.

We will either exchange it for another model or refund you for the price of the seat. Your cost is the UPS or Fed-Ex freight to you and the freight back to our warehouse.

If you are returning the seat for a refund, there will be a 3.5% processing fee deducted from your refund. Please be sure you are ordering the correct seat for your bike.
