The Ultimate MIDRIDER seat will sit you 1″ higher than the stock seat and a little bit back from the handlebars than the stock seat. This seat is good for drivers that are over 6 ft and/or over 220 lbs and if your leg inseam is 32″ or more. The Ultimate Yamaha® Roadliner / Stratoliner MIDRIDER seat is 18 inches wide. The Ultimate passenger seat is 14 inches wide with comfort to spare and fits with all passenger backrest sissy bars.

Yamaha® OEM passenger seat WILL fit with the Ultimate MIDRIDER seat. Yamaha® OEM driver seat WILL fit with the Ultimate passenger seat.

Ultimate MIDRIDER Yamaha® Roadliner / Stratoliner Seat

The Roadliner / Stratoliner Passenger Seat installs the same as your stock seat, using the same bolts.

Ultimate Sissy Bar Pad

– Measures 12″ wide x 8″ high
– Sits your passenger 10 degrees straighter than the stock pad. This helps eliminate back fatigue on those long rides.
– The pad comes with stainless steel screws.
– Fits on your sissy bar or any other make bar.

Ultimate is standard on each Ultimate Yamaha® seat in silver/grey and is included.

Each Ultimate Yamaha® seat shown on our web site is made of durable Ultimate marine vinyl.

Water Resistant But Not Waterproof

Made of durable premium marine vinyl that looks and feels like leather, Ultimate vinyl wears long and looks new longer, and is almost maintenance free.

Ultimate seats are water resistant but not waterproof.

Most motorcycle seats are built with a sheet of plastic between the seat cover and the foam. This prevents the water from going through the cover stitching into the foam. However, the sheet of plastic tends to hold all the heat in the seat cover, so Ultimate does not use this method. Ultimate custom motorcycle seats will disperse the seat cover heat through the foam, giving your back side a cooler ride.

The tradeoff for this is that Ultimate seats are water resistant, but not waterproof. A vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching.

A rain cover can be used to prevent water from seeping through the stitches into the comfort foam of your seats. We recommend you cover your custom motorcycle seats with a waterproof cover when sitting or riding in the rain. The covers will also protect your seat from the sun’s damaging rays.
