The Ultimate Honda® Gold Wing F6B MIDRIDER seat is designed so you sit in the seat, not on the seat. We have maintained the stock ride height and our lower back support area is 7 inches high and more vertical for total support and will sit you a little closer to the handle bars. If you feel your reach to the handlebars is too far on the stock seat (no bend in your elbows) then our MIDRIDER seat is the answer for a much more relaxed riding position with full lower back support and with our driver backrest installed you will have total back support. The driver section of the seat is 19 inches wide.

The passenger section of our F6B seats have been given as much research and development as the driver’s seat. The inner leg thigh area and butt area of the seat has been totally reengineered to provide perfect support. The passenger section of the seat is 14 inches wide with comfort to spare. Put them in comfort heaven.

Ultimate MIDRIDER F6B seats are offered with our optional removable, fully adjustable and fold down rider backrest with removable pouch attached.

Ultimate Removable Rider Backrest with Pouch

– Pad measures 7″ high by 10″ wide by 1.5″ thick and is built using the same memory foam as our Ultimate F6B seats.
– Infinite tilt to match your back angle.
– Folds down forward for easy on and off your Ultimate F6B Seat.
– Adjustment forward and back is more than 2 inches.
– Adjusts with a thumb screw while you’re riding.
– No need to remove the seat or use a wrench.
– The backrest mounting hardware is built into each of the Ultimate F6B seats so you can add the rider backrest at any time.

Ultimate Passenger Backrest

For F6B Standard Models:

– The Ultimate passenger backrest for the Standard model F6B has been designed for quick release (mounts into the seat) and is height and position adjustable and 3 inches and 4 inches taller than the Honda® optional backrest. The Ultimate backrest eliminates back fatigue and creates more room.
– The Ultimate removable passenger backrest can be added anytime.
– 10″ wide x 7″ high.

For F6B Deluxe Models:

– The Ultimate passenger backrest for the Deluxe model F6B replaces stock deluxe passenger backrest and is 3 inches higher than the stock backrest, for full comfort support.
– Installs directly onto the stock Deluxe base plate.
– If you want to use your stock backrest pad you can change to the 3 inch taller mount bracket only, which intalls onto the stock base plate using the stock bolts.
– You cannot add the Ultimate removable passenger backrest later.
– 10″ wide x 7″ high.

Water Resistant But Not Waterproof

Made of durable premium marine vinyl that looks and feels like leather.  Ultimate vinyl wears long and looks new longer, and is almost maintenance free.

Ultimate seats are water resistant but not waterproof.

Most motorcycle seats are built with a sheet of plastic between the seat cover and the foam. This prevents the water from going through the cover stitching into the foam.  However, the sheet of plastic tends to holds all the heat in the seat cover, so Ultimate does not use this method. Ultimate custom motorcycle seats, including seats, will disperse the seat cover heat through the foam, giving your butt a cooler ride.

The tradeoff for this is that Ultimate seats are water resistant, but not waterproof. A vinyl seat will let water in through the stitching.

A rain cover can be used to prevent water from seeping through the stitches into the comfort foam of your seats.
